Just got home from the grocery store and found a certified gluten-free mayonnaise product called Lemonaise by the The Ojai Cook. 

 

I took a little taste of it and WOW! It is SOOOOO good! Nevermind the fact that it's a mayonnaise product -- I could literally eat this with a spoon like ice cream!

 

I'm very impressed with the ingredient list -- all non GMO, certified gluten-free, and it's low sodium. Ingredients are: Pure expeller pressed canola oil, water, cage free whole eggs, creole mustard (distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, and spices), lemon juice concentrate, cage free egg yolks, salt, distilled vinegar, garlic, and cayenne pepper.

 

It's not often I come across something so yummy, and I wanted to pass this on for what it's worth. (I have no affiliation with the company or the product).

 

The problem is now that I'm going to have a hard time keeping from sneaking a spoon of this between meals.
