Time To Lose

My food is really delicious.  Don't you have coconut milk smoothies with frozen banana, fruits, carmelized vegetables and vegetable chips?  I have been watching Paleo cooking shows, a little bacon for flavoring goes along way.  I am now 5:7 and around 150-.
