Jersey Mike's Subs sandwich chain is known for its in-house baked bread, and tasty submarine sandwiches. To offer gluten-free buns for its customers, Jersey Mike's has partnered with Udi's. Starting in December, Denver-based Udi's will provide fully cooked, individually wrapped gluten-free buns at all 1,320 Jersey Mike's locations nationwide.

The Udi's gluten-free bun will cost customers about an extra $1.50 for regular gluten-free subs and $3 for "giant" subs, according Jersey Mike's chief operating officer Mike Manzo.

Millet chia bread, rye bread, whole grain bread are some of the Udi's gluten-free bread products. Udi's gluten-free bread has mainly made up of cornstarch, rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato flour. in my opinion gluten, free bread is the best choice as it never gets soggy, unlike regular bread. except for Meatball,Cheese and the Chicken Parm from jersey mike's menu prices rest of the hot and cold sub can be gluten-free. Also, an extra $1.50 for regular-sized sandwiches and an additional $3 for “giant” subs can never be a burden on us to have gluten-free.
