MSG in Five Guys CHips

MY husband and I both react to MSG,  had chips and a milkshake at five guys last night one bag between two both really suffered from a MSG like reaction which we always have after Chinese food with MSG. We both woke up in the night and had to have long drinks of milk to get over extreme thirst we both find it difficult to believe that there is no MSG in the chips which tasted fantastic. Can they be checked out to confirm that they have no MSG independently ?

MSG is gluten free, so the test for gluten wouldn’t work.  I suppose you could find a place that tests food and buy some and send them in.  You might contact colleges That  offer  food science degrees.   For instance, in Kansas, K State does analysis on foods.  Not sure if this will work or not.

fries and milkshakes are very salty, as well as Chinese food.  I would need water, too.
