Recipe For Breakfast Casserole

1 bag frozen hashbrowns

cooked sausage, ham, or bacon

8 eggs

2 cups milk (I used rice milk)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 T dry mustard

1 bag shredded cheese

Use a 9X 13 pan - I used a non stick pan.

Put frozen hashbrowns in bottom of greased or non stick pan. Put the cooked sausage, ham or bacon on top of the hashbrowns. In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, dry mustard and garlic powder, whisk all together and then pour the egg mixture over the hashrowns and meat. DO NOT MIX. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven. I used the Chreese fake stuff since I am also dairy free. It worked out well also
