Celiac Disease, Books?

Recommended Posts

Newly diagnosed and searching for information. I have been following a gluten free diet for about 4 weeks and still suffering with diareah(spelling?), so obvioulsly im still getting glutten somewhere. I feel a little better, but i must be missing something. Can anybody recomend some books that help explain the disease and tips on living gluten free?

Hello and welcome :)

I would suggest "Wheat Free Worry Free" by Dana Korn. This is an excellent book for those new to the gluten-free lifestyle. There are lots of practical ideas and tips.

Another very good book is "Celiac Disease A Hidden Epidemic" by Peter H.R. Green, M.D.

I recommend "The Gluten Free Diet: A Comprehensive Resource Guide" by Shelly Case! Very good! :)
