kewl. i've never been surfing. My dad was a professional soccer player. now he's a proffesional martial artist.

I like to draw, paint, dance in the rain, (where I live there arent any falling leaves. well, not that many, anyway...) swimming, singing, and i do taekwondo. Or did, but your get the idea.

I live south, dahling. Where the sun and summer abound. It's still UBER hot down here in FL. I live with the sun and the sea and WIND AND RAIN. The two things that will make me hyper without fail. And we don't really have a fall. Our "fall" is the beginning of spring. And they fall gradually and at NIGHT when the misquitos become vampires and try to kill you in your sleep. And I hate to rake. It is so hot down here. I am SO THANKFUL for pools... I like water and I ADORE Light and shadows for some strange reason... And I'm a really good swimmer. If I could draw well the earth would blow up and magma would be cold and taste like mint chocolate ice cream. I'm terrible. But I do it anyway!!

you lie!!!!! you lie!!!! you lie!!!!! you lie!!!!! that is a 5 min sketch i did on the side of my homework in math class a year ago. that isn't even like one of the peices i work on for 2 months and put in an art show. now those i can consider decent, but the sketch it begginer! amateur!

Nope. Definately a sketch. It's a better sketch than mine ever hope to be, but definately a sketch. I really have to dig that pic out of wherever it is and show you my one OK drawing.

I also like art, but I'm more of a creative writing person. I like to paint/draw/such. But I can't do photography (but I wish I could). I love to laugh. and yes I burst out into a song at least 289425 times a day. I love dancing. I fence sabre and have a black belt in karate.

favorite t.v. shows anyone? america's next top model & gossip girl for me. and friends is always fun

AH! YES! A kindred spirit. My art is writing. It's the only art I am any good at. I loooove to sing... and dance... and martial arts... I love art... Got lots of new poetry lately and a prolouge of a book I wish to read...

I'm definitely an artist at heart. I dont really draw much, though. My brother got most of the drawing skills in the family. I do ceramics and I paint. Also, I do a lot of photography, and photomanipulation. But I'm also into other forms of art. Theatre was a passion of mine in high school. I was really involved in all aspects. And singing has always been and always will be my favorite of all the arts. Without a doubt. :]

i really enjoy music. sometimes i try to draw, just to make myself laugh. i'm in band and choir at school... so thats pretty much my hobbies. i used to play sports until i got sick with celiac, so now music is pretty much all i do. :)

thats kewl! i do creative writing too. a lot. i mean, i'm gonna have a book published soon!!!

what type of martial art do you do? my dad owns his own dojang, we do korean style martial arts. i mainly do tae kwan do, hapkido, and multiple types of weapons.

tv shows... lOTS!! monk, psych, stargate sg1 and atlantis, journeyman, eli stone, eureka...

wow that's cool.. we have lots in common. i do theatre a lot. right now i'm in a play called Into the Woods by Steven Sondheim.

people say i can sing, but i don't particulary like it. and photography is awesome! you should check out this site called treklens.com

I love to swim, draw, dance, Sing, (I made it to all state MAVSA honors chior! WHOOHOOO! Im now one of the top 130 singgers in MI.) and I have a nack for reading a lot. Other than that, I like Tai chi, and play tennis when I can, I also LOVE marine biology.

      I checked consumer labs that I'm a member of they independently check products for safely and claims the wolfs was rated great and bobs redmill buckwheat cereal. Ultra low gotten no dangerous levels of arsenic heavy metals, mold, yeast etc. plus they mention to refrigerate. I wonder if the raw buckwheat they rinse bc it's not toasted like kasha. Toasted removes the grassy taste I have to try the one you mentioned. I also bought Qia which is a quinoa mixed got great reviews.

      Interesting I read that toasted kasha groats have nutty flavor which I thought like oatmeal with banana and yogurt. Yes quinoa I have for dinner looking to switch oatmeal to buckwheat for breakfast. I have to look into amaranth

      I've never tried bananas or yogurt with kasha. It would probably work but in my mind I think of kasha as being on the savory side so I always add butter, peanut butter, or shredded cheddar cheese. Next time I make it I will try yogurt and banana to see for myself. Amaranth has a touch of sweet and I like to pair it with fruit. Quinoa is more neutral. I eat it plain, like rice, with chicken stock or other savory things, or with coconut milk. Since coconut milk works, I would think yogurt would work (with the quinoa). I went to the link you posted. I really don't know why they rinse the kasha. I've eaten it for decades and never rinsed it. Other than that, her recipe seems fine (that is, add the buckwheat with the water, rather than wait until the water is boiling). She does say something that I forgot: you want to get roasted/toasted buckwheat or you will need to toast it yourself. I've never tried buckwheat flakes. One potential issue with flakes is that there are more processing steps and as a rule of thumb, every processing step is another opportunity for cross-contamination. I have tried something that was a finer grind of the buckwheat than the whole/coarse and I didn't like it as much. But, maybe that was simply because it wasn't "normal" to me, I don't know.

      The basic seems more like oatmeal. You can also add yogurt banana to it like oatmeal right. I see rinsing as first step in basic recipes like this one https://busycooks.com/how-to-cook-toasted-buckwheat-groats-kasha/ I don't understand why since kasha is toasted and not raw. What about buckwheat flake cereal or is this better to go with.
