I'm New, Have A Few Questions

Recommended Posts

Wow, you see - this is why this is helpful!

I have the exact same reaction to milk! I thought I was just being mental (I drank/drink) a lot of milk and I have really cut back because I feel like I am swallowing lead weights. I thought I was just being mental.

Lord, if you have a little bit of compassion in you - please let me keep milk! I gave up brownies - you owe me ice cream!

hehehe I so understand, I love milk and I cant drink it right now. it really sucks because I buy fresh milk from a farm and I cant have it! Pure torture! =)

Gluten Free going on 5 years and counting!

gluten-free is a life change and not a diet.

I love chocolate. The dark bitter kind. I dont need much sweetness to it to enjoy it. BUT....over the years.....I have learned that if I eat more than a nibble of it, I get SEVERE rebound depression that lasts about a day. I can eat a bite of brownie or a bite of a candy bar, but if I eat a whole brownie or whole candy bar.....I pay. So I just dont bother. And carob is NOT a substitute.

Hey...it's just food. There are so many pleasurable things in life. :)

GLUTEN FREE 4/4/08. LEGUME/SOY FREE 5/15/08. YEAST FREE. CORN FREE. GRAIN FREE. DAIRY FREE. I am eating all meats, eggs, veggies, fruits, squash, nuts and seeds. I just keep getting better every day. :)
