Discussed before but unclear, ? maltodextrin. Velveeta safe or not?

Asthma: 2000 (Never had methocholine Chanllege)

Celiac: 2001 (direct biopsy via endoscopy)

Major Sinus allergies: My whole life, but getting worse, even after surgery.

Insomnia: 2006 (On Ambien)

Feeling of Chronic Fatigue: since 2006(Frequent sleeping on the couch in the middle of the day)

Going for sinus and food allergy testing on 7/16/2008

SUSPECT THAT I MAY HAVE LYME DISEASE FROM LIVING IN MAINE 3.5 YEARS AGO, ORDERING IGENEX

Velveeta is safe. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the only time maltodextrin could possibly be a problem is if the product was made outside of the US. Someone correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Velveeta is a Kraft product, and Kraft will clearly label any gluten in the ingredient list. If you don't see the words wheat, rye, oats or barley on a Kraft product, it is okay.

Diagnosis by biopsy of practically non-existent villi; gluten-free since July 2000. I was retested five years later and the biopsy was normal. You can beat this disease!
