Silly Question..

First thank you all for the wonderful iceing and baking suggestions I have them all down and cannot wait to share them with my family...

However are all extracts gluten-free and what about food coloring?? my brain is going crazy with ideas now!!! :D

I don't know about "all" but as brands go . . . McCormick's is good (has a "will label all gluten" policy).

For food dyes, I stick with Wilton's. Wilton's clear (good for the WHITE decorating icing) vanilla and butter extract/flavorings are also OK. You can get Wilton's at craft stores like Michael's or JoAnn's but its cheaper (but usually smaller selection) at Wal-Mart (in the craft area).
