Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat Flour

Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat Flour- has anyone reacted to it? It says "gluten free" on the package, but I know they make other stuff.

I'm trying to narrow down what's bothering me in a recipe that I've used for a few years. Lately I've been eating a lot of my banana bread muffins, and something is bothering me. I blew up like a balloon within about 30 minutes of eating one of these. The culprits are:

Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat Flour

Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal (doubtful)

Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (definite possibility)

Pecans (doubtful)

Eggs (maybe)

Baking soda

Baking powder (maybe; new box)

I was doing a detox diet for about a week, and didn't have any nuts or eggs. I had them since then without a problem, so I doubt they are issues. I've been soy free for two weeks and my skin cleared up, so I thought that was the problem. I figured I'd try my usual breakfast muffins again, but I feel awful now. The only thing I can figure out is the xanthan gum or the buckwheat.
