Does This Seem Right?

I finally got my biopsy back today and it said this: cd3 positive t-lymphocytes in the villus epithelium which suggest early celiac. Additional testing needed.

All of my blood work was negative. Does this sound like what you would see in a positive biopsy? My surgeon knows nothing about celiac and I'm scheduled to see a GI doc in a couple weeks. Just wanting to prepare myself as much as possible for the results.

Thank you

I'm not an expert but it looks like what they refer to as Marsh stage 1 which says "Marsh stage 1: increased number of intra-epithelial lymphocytes, usually exceeding 20 per 100 enterocytes". I'm pretty sure this is a positive biopsy result but hopefully someone with a little more knowledge will chime in....
