ok so i went to a not gluten free christmas party last night and brought some gluten free brownies for people to try (so they would quit asking me what gluten-free food tastes like) well I now have left overs and have no clue if they are cc. any ideas what i should do with them there's like 6 left and i don't really want to toss perfectly good food but i don't want to get sick eating them either.

I understand about wasting food, but I would toss them if there was any chance they were beside any gluten containing desert. That's just me, because I'm very sensitive to CC.

If you watch gluten eating people, they are somewhat messy with how they get things out of containers and such. I'm not saying they are slobs in anyway, don't get me wrong. They just don't have to worry about crumbs. My family can have a ton of crumbs on the taablecloth. They also don't get it that I dont like their plate to cross over mine.

I usually get me out two or three to save, then share the rest. Anything I make to share, I save some for me. Then I take a portion out and put in a safe dish to take to the party.

Or how about giving those leftover brownies to a gluten-eating friend or neighbor? I bet they'd appreciate them.
