Has anyone tried to keep sourdough starter alive gluten-free? How did you do it and what bread recipe did you use? All my friends are making sourdough bread right now and it has me thinking it might be fun. :)

Thanks! I don't eat bread often but when I do eat it I like it to be GOOD. :)

That recipe looks really fiddly, but maybe I can get a San Francisco style starter going on brown rice. I wasn't sure what kind of flour yeast might live on.
