Yep, they took out the gluten and replaced it with soy, corn and inulin. Nice going!!

Eeeew. Replacing the lactose with soy is not helpful, as many celiacs cannot do soy. Also, inulin is a plant based fiber that must be checked for sources, as sometimes it can be made from........ wheat. But a lot of time it's chicory root.

Way to go, rocket-food-scientists. Hold the "faux sauce" on that entree. <_<
