    Hi Peter! The issue with hand sanitizers isn't that it contains gluten...washing with with gel hand sanitizer does not break down the protein of gluten -- where washing with soap and water does. When available...good old soap and water is preferable -- but when out and about I do use hand sanitizer and/or plain water when that is all that is available...

    Welcome Lola! First...higher levels of antibodies found in the blood are not a good indication of severity of symptoms or stages of celiac disease...so no, the levels can't get worse, but your health can and levels may increase with time. Second...you had a positive celiac antibody test along with symptoms -- that certainly deserves more investigation...

    you get a salt water generator to add between the pump/filter and the pool intake -- cost about 170 for an above ground pool -- ours is 15' wide and 5' deep -- water is 4.5' deep...so it would work with any of the smaller round vinyl pools -- not sure what is entailed for an inground pool...but have swum in some wonderful salt water pools on hubs job sites...

    I keep options in my daily go bag and then extras in each of our vehicles stored in our emergency go bags that are stowed outta the way with the spare. vacuum sealed nuts and those squeezable baby foods that we call "astronaut food" cuz we are not babies are in all my kits...extra gluten-free protein bars and homemade dried fruit & jerky (again vacuum...
