  6. There is no reason for that gluten challenge. You are already diagnosed with the endoscopy. As for the weird symptoms, you may have an intolerance to another food, such as soy, corn, or dairy. Keep a food diary and write down everything you eat in a day. If you start to see a pattern with the symptoms then you may find your answer.

  13. Do you have access to someplace where you can cook your own meals? Even a microwave and a refrigerator is better than nothing. Your basic items, meat, veggies, and fruit are all naturally gluten free.
  14. I finally tried the Van's cheese crackers.... no words can be said for how much i enjoyed them. Now hopefully it doesn't come back to bite me, but it was so good. I also tried some baby swiss cheese and that lunch meat i asked about a while back.... I'm not sure what i will be doing for dinner.

  20. Yes it can It happens, especially during the first few months. Don't be too hard on yourself about it. Learning not to do things can be difficult.
  21. Being used to really hot temps, then going to a place with a really cold winter is not fun.
