  1. If that crisp comes out good, post the recipe Mac and cheese.... Its been a while since i've had it.
  2. Today is world autism awareness day. Apparently, the empire state building is going to be lit up in blue to raise awareness.
  3. I'm happy. I got a B on a midterm that was very difficult. Yay!
  4. I passed the 2k mark and i didn't even notice it.... hmmm... strange...
  5. I loved going to St. Augustine FL when i lived in FL. At any rate, some sort of pasta tonight.
  6. Apparently, marshmallows give me a sugar rush... and i only ate a handful of the mini ones.
  7. Gonna watch the live event for the sneak peak for the next movie in the Hobbit trilogy. Starts in 6 mins yay!
  8. Pork... its not agreeing with me.
  9. I ate too much..... but it was so good....
  10. I've never tried that combo before (steak and M&C). Generally when i do a Steak its normally just said steak with a veggie. Remove the ranch from that salad and i'd eat it. Mac and cheese would go nicely with that.
  11. Mac and cheese... I'm n the middle of midterms at the moment, i need some comfort food.
  12. Fixed up the last of my soup from last night and realized as i was eating that i missed a spot at the very end of the handle
  13. So i discovered a way to remove dark spots from my stainless steel silverware. I thought i could no longer use it due to it, and when my last spot free spoon became spotted, I decided to look it up. Apparently, if you make a paste with water and baking soda it removes them. After a good hand washing, they (aka test spoon) look as good as new.
  14. Why is it the simplest soups taste the best? Salt, pepper, beef, olive oil (for cooking beef), and some carrots.
  15. For some reason i cannot do those chickens (i've only had Sams clubs ones, labeled gluten-free). They give me the worst bellyaches.
  16. Soup was made instead. Its simmering at the moment.
  17. Indeed. I've decided to cook it up like ya would with beef strips used in wraps.
  18. So i put out a roast to thaw. I'm thinking of doing something different other than my soups, so planning on cutting it up and cooking up the pieces with a side of veggie. Now what to season it with. I may just do some salt and Pepper. Good idea? Any ideas on how to keep it tender? I know cooking it when its room temp and at a lower temp, but thats...
  19. You chefs and your exquisite meals... Rice... my stomach no longer likes me at the moment.
  20. I'll have to look into it I am a sucker for the bone in ones though... its bad i know but i enjoy the skin and fat.... Bad bad bad for my GERD friendly diet. What i like to do is take a little honey and use it either as a glaze or dipping sauce. You can also add cinnamon to it if ya want.
  21. I'm thinking of picking up a small ham for myself for easter. Any suggestions on the brand? I can always make my own glaze, so thats no big deal. It sounds soooo good, but hopefully my stomach will let me have it (the grease gets to it).
  22. Well, i decided to retry my alfredo and spinage goodness in two parts. I retried the alfredo sauce, and outside of the mild acid reflux, i am happy to note that my body does just fine with it. That was... 3ish hours ago? Though i might go make a corn tortilla with a little honey butter on it. Kinda got a low blood sugar thing going on at the moment...
  23. Sunny... sunny... sunny... I want my snow back.
  24. No idea what dinners gonna be, probably some sort of samwhich with an apple. However i have plans for reintroducing spinage (and by proxey alfedo sauce) into my diet this weekend. Its been, what, since octoberish since i had it last soooo....
