OMG...It's Gluten Free Cinnamon Crumb Muffins

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
OMG...It's Gluten Free Cinnamon Crumb Muffins -

My daughter Mica (who is not gluten-free) and I recently tried an OMG...It's Gluten Free Cinnamon Crumb Muffin, and her reaction summed up the experience perfectly: "Dad, are you sure this is gluten-free...because it tastes too good? I want more!"

To be sure, OMG...It's Gluten Free has created a perfect crossover product. It's probably the best gluten-free muffin that I've had since going gluten-free, way back in the mid 1990's.

Both Mica and I gave this product a huge thumbs up, and she ended up eating the last one I had...before I could.

Celiac.com 12/22/1010 - I have to admit that I haven't had the best luck when preparing gluten-free yeast breads until I had the opportunity to try Homestead Gluten Free Soft'n Hearty Easy Roll Mix.  This gluten-free mix was truly easy to prepare and I loved having the flexibility to shape the rolls as desired, and each roll rose beautifully.  The smell of fresh-baked bread filled our home and we couldn't wait to give them a try.  The rolls came out spongy, moist and, most importantly, they tasted great!  It's a good thing they are easy to prepare since I am already receiving requests from my family to make more.

Petit Bites Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Coconut Nibbles
Celiac.com 05/14/2012 - Petit Bites Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Coconut Nibbles are not your traditional coconut macaroon, and maybe that's why I might just consider it my favorite.
They have a beautifully golden shell on the outside, and a soft and chewy coconut inside, mixed with enough chocolate chips to satisfy any chocolate lover.  The best part is that I don't feel guilty after indulging in a few.  They are made with only five pure ingredients (sweet potato is actually second on the ingredient list, but you'd never know) and are free from preservatives, trans fats and cholesterol.  They are a must try if you love coconut and chocolate!

Kays Naturals Gluten-Free Almond Delight Protein Puffs
I just tried Kay's Naturals Gluten-free Almond Delight Protein Puffs and I have to say that they were not a disappointment.
Open Original Shared LinkWith only 115 calories, 12 grams of protein and 2.5 grams of fat (no trans fats) per serving, I was a bit skeptical, but this crunchy snack kept me satisfied between meals--guilt free!  I love that it is made with real almond meal and almond butter because I just despise any artificial flavorings.  These little puffs are packaged in individual serving sized bags, which are not only convenient but they help keep the flavors and textures fresh.
