This restaurant has made their entire facility gluten free - nothing containing gluten is used in the kitchen at all. Only one dish, the quesadilla, and the desserts (made off-site) have gluten. Even the tortilla chips they serve are <5ppm certified.


I had my first fried calamari since my diagnosis there - it was pretty darn good. I can't say the rice flour batter is as good as the wheat, but it was pretty close.
