Hi all , I'm just here to layout my symptoms that made me eventually demand a test at my doctors and wondered if you can relate to it .



Bone Pain 

burning sensation 

Pounding heart after certain foods 

extreme tiredness after certain foods (with gluten)

Mouth ulcers 

sore tongue 

Brain Fog on occasion 


Stomach Cramps after certain foods 

Irregular bowel movements 

Vitamin D deficiency 

High Parathyroid caused by Low calcium 

Numbness and tingling in hands arms and feet 


Genuinely fed up and seriously hoping for a diagnosis , starting with blood work Monday .

Just keep eating gluten until all testing  (blood tests and endoscopy/biopsy is done.  Check out the University of Chicago's celiac website for more information.  I like their website because it is easy to understand.  


Don't stop there.  While continuing to eat gluten daily, study on on the disease so that you are informed.  Doctor's make mistakes.  It takes life an average of seven years for a diagnosis.  In my case, decades.

Symptoms?  You have many of them.  There are over 200 or more, that's why getting a diagnosis can be so difficult.  Symptoms overlap with some many other disorders.
