If you are going to King's Island or Great Wolf Lodge just north of Cincinnati, you could drive another 20 minutes and be a a dedicated gluten-free restaurant called Sinfully Gluten Free in Centerville. I went there yesterday and loved it. Some of the best pizza I've ever eaten. I bought 3 more to take home and put in the freezer since it's an hour away from where I live. If you're on the area, give them a try.
