N-Acetyl Glucosamine anyone?

Recommended Posts

About four years ago I started a topic about N-Acetyl Glucosamine.  It is supposed to be able to bind to gluten lectins and escort them from your body, before they damage your intestines and joints.  I did try a bottle and had ok results, but didn't keep with it.  Since then my gluten sensitivity has gotten worse, and so have my knees, to the point where I had to get a cortisone shot for the pain.  I am going to try the N.A.G. again, and stay on it longer this time.  Any thoughts appreciated!
