I have been having horrible abdominal pain for several months now. My GI doctor just did an upper and lower and did several biopsies to check for celiac. I’ve never had this problem before but I’ve had enough health problems to think it may be very possible I could have a celiac issue.
Are fruit, veggies, nuts and dairy(milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, & cheese) victims of this terrible disease?
HELP

Celiac Disease you immune system reacts to gluten in Barley, Wheat, and Rye. Natural Fruits, Nuts, and Seeds would be fine, if processed in a gluten free facility. Dairy can be a issue at first, as the disease causes you immune system to destroy the villi in your intestines, these villi also produce the enzymes to break down dairy so a intolerance is common in many til they heal. Some never can have dairy again, and other food intolerance, allergies, and sensitivities are common.

Diagnosed Issues
