It looks like these Whole Foods Frozen Vegetables are naturally gluten-free by their ingredients, although they are not labelled "gluten-free." I would not hesitate to eat them, especially if you plan to boil them, as any cross-contamination would be washed away. There is no wheat allergen warning on the ingredients, so it's not likely that cross-contamination is possible.
