Recommended Posts

:unsure: Hi everyone, wishing you all a HappyNew Year.

When glutened, does anyone get the feeling that your chest is full of mucous?

Not really, or at least not for me. But when glutened your body cannot absorb the fat and it is often discharges through the back end (ie. floaters and mucus)

I don't feel my chest is full of mucus when glutened, but I do get reflux and indigestion. It is an uncomfortable, full feeling.

I'm with you, reflux and indigestion, also dry mouth, and sometimes my sinus gets going, which might account for some mucous.
