I Need A Multivitamin

Recommended Posts

I just popped positive! :o

I'm very early, 4 weeks along today, and I haven't gone to the dr yet. Even when I do, I don't think I'm going to use the prenatals they hand out at the mtf clinic I go to.

I need a high quality, gluten free multi with no artificial sweeteners or other junk. Any recommendations?

Congratulations! :) I take the Twin Labs Multi - in the first trimester I did the one without iron and I've now switched to the ones with Iron. They are supposed to be very allergy friendly. I had a hard time finding a prenatal I could tolerate so my nutritioinist has me on these. I also take the Cal/Mag. from Twin Labs.

Congratulations. Every Nature Made brand vitamin I have checked says "No Gluten" in addition to a number of other things. This might be a brand to check out. As usual, check the ingredients on the particular viatmin you want to use.
