gluten-free Food Guide

I remember seeing a link on this website that lead to a great gluten free food guide. It had about every food you could imagine and every gluten-free brand of those foods. I have searched all over for it and cant find it again. If anyone knows what I am talking about I would love if you could repost the link for me! Thanks so much!

There are many out there. The best ones (most comprehensive) aren't free.

The one I use is Clan Thompson's. www.clanthompson.com

His celiac site is specifically: Open Original Shared Link

All the options for both the Gluten Free Food Guide and Gluten Free Drug Guide (they are software programs) are on the site. You can buy the static versions (no updates) or the database plus upgrades (additions/changes/deletions, etc) for a year.

I use both databases, but the food one is quite comprehensive.

...has a Grocery Guide. It's a great asset for the first year after a diagnosis. After that, you should be able to read labels. Lists are great in the beginning, but ingredients change frequently and then they become unreliable. Truimph puts out a new listing annually. But reading labels is essential in the long run.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.
