Hello All!

I am baking gluten-free cakes and trying to alter recipes. What is your favorite cake? Is there a cake that you wish you could find that is gluten-free that is not? A cake that you really miss, perhaps?

If so, please let me know!

I'd love to try and make cakes that are hard to find/favorites for those in the Celiac Community!

No recipes needed! Just suggestions!

I really miss red velvet cake. I've found a couple of recipes, but haven't tried making one yet.

My step mother makes the best gluteny red velvet cake ever. *sigh*

My first thought was red velvet too! i miss that stuff so much. i never even bothered with frosting on it because i just love it plain

My second thought.... sara lee's frozen cakes. mmm <_< if i could recreate that... or if someone else did... ;) i'd be in heaven!

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any...
