Gluten Free Church Suppers- Need Help With Menu & What To Use

Rate this topic

Recommended Posts

Our pastor, another member, and myself have Celiac so I wanted to start cooking a gluten free supper to go along with our church's Weds. night suppers. Several people have done a great job of cooking gluten free for our pastor, but since I have to cook gluten free for myself I offered to put it all together.

Our first night is Hot dog night. His wife said that Ocsar Mayer Premium beef are safe... I'd love to make a chili sauce too, any good recipes? What are the best options for buns? I'm also soy and dairy free so I'll probably have to make a little meal seperate for me as well.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Corn tortillas warmed are good with hot dogs. Affordable too.
