Bragg's Liquid Aminos

Rate this topic

Recommended Posts

I bought a small spray bottle of Bragg's Liquid Aminos today. Very tasty, like good soy sauce, although seems very salty. I've never used soy sauce much, so I'm not sure how to use the Bragg's. I sprayed some on steamed cauliflower tonight. Suggestions for how else to use it? :)

Thanks!

I pretty much use it equal measure for soy sauce.

Some quick ideas?

Stirfry veggies and or meat of choice until tender crisp and cooked through - add a few Tbsp of Bragg's, some garlic, a spoonful of brown sugar, and a shake of red pepper flake for a quick stirfry glaze.

I use it in salad dressings, sauces, marinades - anywhere I want some salt and a rich flavor to perk up foods. It IS salty, but just don't use any other salt in the recipes and you should be fine.

I use it as a soy sauce replacement, to jazz up veggies (as you mention), in marinades, stir fry, etc. I like that product a lot. Enjoy.

Ingredients are "vegetable protein from soybeans and purified water". so nope, not soy free.
