Unfotunately, all of those of which I am aware contain wheat in some form. As a retailer who sells pet food and supplies, I have seen quite a few brands.

If you pick up some cheap plasic gloves or baggies, you could just cover your hands when feeding or cleaning out cages. That would be my suggestion.
