hello,

when i found out i had a problem with gluten i lost weight....since i have cut gluten out of my diet i have put back half the weight...But i would like to gain alittle more... Everything i try and i still cant seem to add anymore weight...Does anyone know how i can add weight without eating gluten?

Increase protein-meat and eggs. Be consistant about it and get a good amount at each meal. Eat plenty of healthy fats for calories-avacados, macadamia nuts, full fat yogurt, nut and seed butters, coconut oil...

Excellent advice about lean meats/proteins and healthy fats. Don't forget to fuel your furnace before bed with a lean protein snack as well (0% Greek yogurt, hard boiled egg)
