....mind you im still having a hard time trying to figure out what to have for breakfast cause alot of times my guts no not really want anything thats so solid

i have to try and find a nice soft soothing filling breakfast so i have alot of investagateing to do in the breakfast feild

so im off to do some searching have a great day everyone :)

I hope you are feeling better each day. You cross my mind frequently and I had two thoughts when I was thinking about you! :)

If you are still having burning stomach issues, make sure your digestive enzymes do NOT have Betaine HCL in them. Some do-- and betaine can cause a burny sensation in the tum if you have too much stomach acid.

and

I am having histamine reactions myself <_< as my gut is still not healed and some foods still bother me. I read that coconut has high salicylates and may cause reactions in people.

Does coconut seem to bother you?
