Texas Roadhouse

Recommended Posts

I was not impressed with their knowledge of gluten-free/Celiac Disease.

They are not knowledgeable about gluten intolerances, as I asked several different people and finally had to instruct the cook on how to prepare food for my family. They were accommodating, but I really wanted to leave without even eating there. Had it not been so late and my kids were hungry, I would have.

We have had very good luck at the Texas Roadhouses we have visited. Husband has never had any reaction.

Now, we do make a point of "helping" the server understand what we need for almost any restaurant we visit, and sometimes that "help" does involve talking to the cooks.
