  1. Ok, so let me tell you my struggle, it is a lot like yours, perhaps you can glean some advice on your current situation, my husband refuses to go gluten free, so I do not use the same pots and pans he does, I wash my dishes with gloves on, I don’t use toothpaste, lip gloss, chapstick makeup etc unless it is certified gluten free, hand sanitizer also can b...
  2. I’ve been gluten free for a year, and I never went through those exact symptoms, but I can attest, are you sure you are 100% gluten free, my anxiety and panic attacks stopped within two weeks, but the panic attacks and delusions stopped immediately, however it took me a while to learn if it doesn’t say gluten free, it’s not gluten free. Naturally gluten free is code word for “contaminated by gluten” so don’t buy into it. If you eat steak, baked potatoes with butter and green beans five times a day all week long, you aren’t going to get glutened. I missed the fact that my allergy medication was also not gluten free and it was also the cause of my psoriasis, I also messed up when I trusted cheese that wasn’t marked gluten free, you can get glutened by hand soap, hand sanitizer, lip gloss, chap stick, etc. so if you are 100% sure you aren’t having any gluten then my next suggestion is for you; dry hair and hair loss is a biotin and vitamin d deficiency so take those if that is also something you are noticing,, anxiety and panic is a vitamin b1 deficiency, muscle pain and ...

  3. I get those twinges when I eat something that I have become temporarily intolerant to, such as eggs, canned fish, smoked fish for instance. To combat this issue I take Gluten Digestive enzymes that also contain enzymes for breaking down other foods. If I know I am going to have something with those items above, I willl take an enzyme tablet and I don’t h...
  4. It can be from anything you are eating that is green, as well as iron tablets. I keep an FSS journal, Food+Supplement+Symptom book so I can pin down any changes to anything within a few hours, yes, that’s how often I write in it, and before adding anything new. I also wait two hours after adding anything new before I continue, I have been able to find out o...
  5. I was severely anemic also, but I also have a lot of grey and loose stools whenever I accidentally ingest gluten. I take Now Gluten Digest from vitacost they are only $10.73, I would make sure I was taking some sort of digestive enzymes so you get the full benefit of all the supplements you are taking, as well as help aid in the normal digestion you have...
  6. Drinking the dish water, lol, thanks for the laugh..ok, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t cross contaminating myself, I did notice that it does matter tho what I put on my skin, I recently got seborric dermatitis from using a toner that had gluten in it, really people this whole industry is greedy but for why else would you use such a product these d...
  7. Gluten free pans? Am I missing something, even if I use different utensils as my husband, does this mean I could still be cross contaminated by using utensils that I have washed, yet used to have gluten items in it? Now I am really concerned, I keep getting glutened here and there, but mostly from wrong information and not adhering to each and every item...
  8. I used to be married to someone in Crop Science, they were making the Gene of the Plant seed to be Disease resistant, pest resistant, and drought resistant, and in doing so they make us all sick, everyone is going to get sick at some point in their lives, so if the wheat industry is worried, perhaps they should go back and get their original wheat grains...
  9. My husband has NASH, but he hates sugar, sweets, doesn’t eat much to begin with, not a soda drinker, so we cannot figure out how he has this. He recently got rid of H Pylori, and has gained about 10 pounds, but he is only 140 and 5’8”, so we are perplexed, except for I think he has Gluten Intolerance.
  10. Oh my stars, that is EXACTLY what I am missing, I just know it, thanks for the 411, naturally if we don’t eat wheat and other byproducts, then we will definitely be deficient in it, I just hadn’t been able to put my finger on it until now. Thanks so much!
  11. Not always the case with Knorr products, their beef bouillon contains yeast, and it does NOT disclose its source of yeast, GlutenfreeWatchdog.com reminds us to stay away from companies who do not clearly mark their packages, and I am sick of being sick, ASSUMING if it’s not on the Label, then it’s not in the product is a false, misleading, and a dangerous pla...
  12. Oooh, I just put my supplements in a cafe bean grinder and add them to my smoothie (think shakes make it so easy)....makes faster work of it all...I take a lot, especially when I get glutened.
  13. I am so sorry you are going through all of this, so am I to a point, let me start with what I know from my situation, I am 53, have a mother that just passed away with lymphatic cancer, she was also an undiagnosed celiac, she had her thyroid inactivated (took some drink that caused it to shut off) and she had all the unusual signs for celiac but these ignorant...
  14. I have a similar blood report, I also have fatty liver, I have had to limit my total fat intake, I feel pain In my gallbladder when I eat eggs for instance, I’ve also only been gluten free for a month, I have scalp psoraisis, back pain, Alopecia, Seborrhoeic dermatitis, and very dry hair, I have increased my Vitamin D, Magnesium, Biotin, Folate, and other s...
