Indeed the package states 'gluten free' on the front, and it is not until you read the ingredient label that one see's wheat as the first ingredient.     Dear RebbeccaJ, I have found cortizon cream to be helpful for the sores associated with ingesting trace amounts of gluten, also helps to track those down! For hand cream, Norwegian /Neutrogena hand cream is good, especially at night. Locally made all natural creams, especially made with Goat Milk, are very soothing.

    Dear Sobiha, I wish you good health! I n a follow up to my experience, I had another episode a few days later, not quite as dramatic. Both meals were at home with no gluten present.     I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2011. Before going on a gluten free diet I had severe stomach cramps and headaches, after the reactions to ingesting any gluten have gotten substantial my worse. My last ingestion -(source unknown, made food at home) found me on the floor in a public bathroom ( thankfully private & locked) for two hours with severe diarrhea...
