I'm sorry about the glutening. It's always an awful mistake. I get primarily neuro reactions starting 45 minutes after ingestion. It peaks at days 2 and 3 then gets tolerable by day 5-6. The label says several safe ingredients, then "spices". I know that mixed "spices" can be a red flag, but then I keep hearing McCormick's is safe. So, What is the verdict on McCormics "spices" as an ingredient in one of their bottled spices? It is the same size/shape as all my pure spices from McCormics in the little glass bottles. I use a barium contrast at work for my job. The one I use is gluten free, but there are some that are not. What is the brand....Vari-Bar or Veri-Bar. I'll have to check monday. Don't pull out the pregnancy tests yet. When the body is stressed, it can sometimes delay ovulation which will, in turn, delay a period. I'm guessing your body experienced the same kind of stress mine did after going gluten-free and is just coping with the changes. Hypnogogic hallucinations. I have something somewhat similar that only occurs once or twice a month now that I'm gluten free. It was daily in the worst parts of my prediagnosis. I feel even worse today. It is a full fledged glutening. I get the neuro symptoms, and clumsy. I hardly have digestive troubles. I'm so frustrated and worried about how to keep this up.
