    FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! I have to disagree with you here! Wolfie is always eating her broccoli and stews. If, once a week, she wants to eat cake only for a meal.....I say ENJOY! No one thinks its odd to eat pancakes for a meal. Not much diference in my mind. corn meal

    I doubt the color matters. I just looked at some Mexican brand corn meal I have. I just noticed it said " instant cornmeal". The only ingredients are corn and lime, slim not sure what makes it " instant". I made hot water corn bread ( basically cornmeal & hot water & fried) and it worked fine.

    It doesn't show any wheat in this product ingredients. It has a lot of " unnatural" things someone might want to avoid. I guess what in saying is that this doesn't seem to be a very reliable site. They look like they say it has wheat in it, but there is none listed.

    I finally worked up the energy to skim it. The " Do Less" did pop out at me, along with buy & read books and sign up for a computer motivation! Will need a lot of motivation to read Motivational books! I think that is an excellent and achievable goal! It can be made more fun with the addition of bath oils, champagne, and a hunky man.
