Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
KidzShake Chocolate Dream - Gluten-Free Protein Shake -

KidzShake was created by a physician and mother who wanted her children to have a beverage that does not contain sugar or artificial ingredients.

Open Original Shared LinkKidzShake is made with a low glycemic protein blend and sweetened with stevia and xylitol, which makes it the perfect beverage for kids with blood sugar problems.  This shake also contains a digestive blend and an enteric-coated probiotic blend – something you will not find in any other beverage for children on the market today.

    GlutenOut Gluten-Free Ravioli
Celiac.com 09/09/2010 - Italy's gluten-free ravioli delivered to your home? I recently had the pleasure of trying gluten free ravioli made by GlutenOut. I am no Italian chef, but these gluten free ravioli couldn't be any easier to cook. Just 3-4 minutes in boiling water, add a little gluten free sauce and I experienced the best tasting gluten free ravioli within minutes. They held together beautifully and tasted amazing and no wonder Italy is known for its pasta!  My only complaint is that my entire family - even those who are not gluten-free ate them up, so they didn't last very long.

    Dyani Barber
I recently discovered Bold Organics gluten-free and dairy-free Meat Lovers Thin Crust Pizza.  There are very few gluten and dairy-free pizzas on the market, but I have to say that this was the best that I have tried to date.  I just put the frozen pizza on the top rack of my oven for about 20 minutes, and you could almost tell when it was done as the aroma drifted into our living room.
Open Original Shared LinkThe crust was a beautiful, crisp, and thin crust, and I had no idea that non-dairy cheese could actually melt the same way as regular dairy cheese.  This pizza was prepared with plenty of pepperoni and Italian sausage to cover the entire pizza, and there was no skimping on ingredients!
Once I cut myself a slice I was in disbelief that this was not only a gluten-free, but...

    Cappello's Fresh Gourmet Gluten-Free Fettuccine
Gluten-free food companies are really starting to figure this pasta thing out, but there still aren't many fresh, gourmet-oriented options on the market. Cappello's provides a formidable entry with their almond flour-based gluten-free fettuccine. It's lower on the glycemic index than corn- or rice-based options, and it tastes fantastic.
Fettuccine alfredo really has to be one of the top five comfort foods of all time. It's delicious (for obvious reason), but really only done right with fresh pasta and a homemade sauce; if you're going to splurge on calories, make them count! It's notoriously hard to get the gluten-free thing right, but Cappello's nailed it. The texture and consistency of their fettuccine are both spot on, and it tastes just like fresh wheat-based pasta, but with a subtle...
