Dna Test Positive, Immunoglobulins Negative, Damage To Duodenum Enough For Diagnosis? Do I Keep Pushing?

Good evening,

So I got my lab results back before my doctor can review and I can't help but to ask your guys wisdom on results review.

Lab results are:

Dq2 (dqa1 0501/0505, dbq1 02xx). Positive

Dq8 (dqa1 03xx, dqb1 0302). Negative

Immunoglobulin are normal range, endoscopy has flattened duodenum.....

I know y'all aren't doctors, but would this be a solid conclusion? Yes the food journal has helped, that should be an answer enough, but after a few months certain symptoms are dragging on or I'm getting new food sensitivities....

What you think?

For the immunoglobulins, did you get a total serum IgA and IgG done to make sure there isn't a false negative?
