The short answer is yes, it does. Are you sure you're not consuming any gluten?

And you're also sixteen, that's enough to make anyone depressed <_<

Off course it does...

I always feel really depressed after eating gluten by mistake, eventhough my life really rocks! ;)

Try checking your food for any kind of hidden gluten sources!

I am very depressed also when I get gluten. It is aweful and it was one of my symptoms before finding out. I got gluttened this past Saturday night and yesterday was miserable!

I don't know about the corn. What symptoms are you having. You could try eliminating it from your diet. I think that would be the only way to tell.

Go see your doctor and tell them how you are feeling. Make sure you get the help you need.

Lauren,

I would suggest getting allergy testing done by a qualified allergist. They test for all common food allergens, including corn. I have a mild allergy to corn and several other foods in addition to being gluten intolerant. There are different types of allergy tests available. I'm not sure what the latest and greatest technology is for allergy testing but mine was the skin prick test. They can also do it by a blood sample but I'm not sure which is considered most accurate. The type of testing I had done was over $1000.00 but my insurance paid for it.

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.

My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any kind of hidden glue? Help!
