PilarSánchez 0 Posted September 7, 2020 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted September 7, 2020 My daughter and I are both Celiacs, she has trouble swallowing the dye free pill and I was wondering if anyone knows if the dye free children liquid was gluten free? I can't seem to get a proper answer so far, and I don't want to give her anything containing gluten. (This is for food allergies lately she's been having flare up to food she's been able to previously eat, she breaks out and get hives, itchy mouth and throat etc.) She's taken the dye free Benadryl gels a few times and they seemed to help her, but she always chews them up and complains about the taste and her mouth going numb. I'm worried about the side effects of her chewing it up instead of swallowing it. If the liquid isn't gluten free, does anyone know similar medication that comes in gluten free liquid form? trents 327 Posted September 7, 2020 Report This Post (To report rule violations to admin) Share Posted September 7, 2020 Crush the die free pills into a powder and put them in some liquid you know she will drink. like OJ or chocolate milk. Add a little sweetener if necessary.

If they did this it would be listed in the inactive ingredients. Scott Adams Celiac.com - Celiac Disease Board Moderator Founder Celiac.com
