Is there anyway my test results are wrong?

I am booked for an endoscopy in two weeks, and have worsening symptoms that align with celiac disease.

I've attached my blood results again. Just wondering if there is any chance I don't have celiac disease despite these results so far.

  • DPG: 41 Units (IgG) (0-20) A
  • Tissue Transglutaminase (IgA): 31 U/mL (0-4) H

Two positives on the celiac panel?  I think there is strong evidence that you might have celiac disease. Your biopsies obtained from your endoscopy should give you a final diagnosis.  It will also provide a benchmark for future endoscopies should you need them. 
 

Expect to go through a grieving period, but know that you will soon feel better!  It is so worth it.  Keep consuming gluten until all testing is done.

      The ulcers are prepyloric ulcers. Not sure if that makes any difference.

      I had what was termed "lesions," and normally ulcers are in the stomach, rather than the small intestines. I'm not sure why they would want you to have her continue to eat gluten, since she had a positive blood test, but as her doctor said, if she is uncomfortable and having symptoms why not have her go gluten-free at this point? If her symptoms improve, it would be another indicator that she has celiac disease and/or gluten sensitivity. This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):
