I have a question. Is it o.k. to bake gluten and non gluten items at the same time in the same oven? For instance: Stouffer's French Bread Pizza on one sheet, and gluten-free McCains French Fries on another sheet. I've been avoiding doing this because I wasn't sure. Thanks!

I would, just so long as they don't touch. I don't think the steam would carry the gluten, but then again, I didn't entirely follow the distillation discussion in the "Hard A" thread.

It'll be fine, though I'd put the gluten-free items on the top rack and the non-gluten-free items on the bottom, if you're using two racks, just to minimize contamination concerns.

We do it all the time b/c I am currently the only one who is gluten-free in the house. I also do the gluten-free stuff on top, non-gluten-free on the bottom.

I really miss Stouffer's French Bread pizza, but not the way it made me feel.
