Is Lactaid milk which is 100% lactose free OK to use if you have Casein Intolerance?

No, it's only ok to use with 'lactose intolerance' (where you don't produce enough Lactaze enzymes)

Casein intolerance means you react to a protein in cows milk (whether it's got lactose or not)

Unfortunately casein intolerance means you have to use an alternative to cows milk (e.g rice or almond milk) :)
