Help I Feel Like I Am Killing My Husband

Recommended Posts

Nightshades, potatoes and tomato are a common item in the recipes. I suppose that's already been tested though and not a problem.

Proverbs 25:16 "Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it."

Job 30:27 My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.

Thyroid cyst and nodules, Lactose / casein intolerant. Diet positive, gene test pos, symptoms confirmed by Dr-head. My current bad list is: gluten, dairy, sulfites, coffee (the devil's brew), tea, Bug's Bunnies carrots, garbanzo beans of pain, soy- no joy, terrible turnips, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, celery, strawberries, pistachios, and hard work. Have a good day! 🙂 Paul

Two things come to mind when I read this. I react to regular sugar. Now I used cane sugar or raw sugar. Pre shredded cheese from the store have a powder coating on them that is a wheat product. But I thank you for the pizza crust recipe, I will have to try.

Shredded cheese in the U.S, does not have wheat on it! If it did, it would have to be listed!

There are some very simple pizza bases with just corn flour, salt, oil and a flour mix. You can leave out the beer and extras, and it might be more digestable for him.

Get a flour mix that already contains Xantham gum, from a certified gluten-free specialising company. Then you can be sure they've done their best not to have any cc.

Feb 2010 - Start of continuous GIT problems and panic attacks

July 2010 - Blood and biopsy -ve, went gluten free after testing which completely relieved symptoms

July 2011 - 1 year gluten free, food intolerances (Chicken, eggs, olives, goat milk) gone!

2012 - Soy no longer a problem

everything bob's red mill makes me very sick. so it could be the flours in those mixes?

my other suggestion is a food diary and start cutting out the most likely culprits. dairy, soy and oats can be cut out temporarily while the body heals and then re-introduced later.

wish you all luck
