Lab Work Interpretation Please!

Hey guys,

Had some lab work done. I'm thinking celiac is no and I should just pursue it as gluten intolerance.

Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA <1 0-19 units

Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgG 2 0-19 units

t-Transglutaminase (tTG) IgA <2 0-3 U/mL

t-Transglutaminase (tTG) IgG 2 0-5 U/mL

Endomysial Antibody IgA Negative Negative

Immunoglobulin A, Qn 101 70-400 mg/dL

I noticed IgA was a little low.. should I pursue that more? Could that mean IgA is low as well? TTG IgA results seem a bit high for such a low IgA?

Thanks so much!

I would read all of those results as negative. Did they run a total serum IgA? I don't see it. If it is below normal, that would raise the possibility of false negatives on the other tests.
