    There are now some with pretzels. I don't know if cross contamination is an issue or not. We can't have them because of a peanut allergy. So I never checked.

    Hmmm... Daughter used to have this but doesn't know. I had assumed it was caused by dairy. But she outgrew her dairy allergy, now has some dairy and no bumps. She also outgrew the gluten allergy but not wheat. Because of this, her diet is still mainly gluten-free, but it did open up a few possibilities like barely and malt. Still no bumps!

    If it's made of oats then chances are it's not gluten-free.

    Yep! Gluten is not a problem for me but I do have food allergies. Took me a while to discover this. I have diabetes so I have to watch my carbs. I ate a lot of cottage cheese for breakfast but couldn't always find the kind I wanted or I just got sick of it and wanted a change. So I would eat boiled eggs.     High fructose corn syrup is the cheap and common thing to use here as a sweetener.

    I didn't know they still had tacos. They quit serving them years ago in NY, and they don't have them here. But as you said, it must be a regional thing. Perhaps you'll have to call them.

    Thanks! I do know that they are supposed to declare the wheat, however... I saw some stuff at Big Lots and it's not necessarily the freshest stuff. Or manufactured in this country.     Does anyone know if these are gluten free? They do contain modified food starch. I've always been leary of that unless I know the source and from what I've seen it doesn't list the source. Thanks!

    I just bought some. Both the old and new packages appeared to be gluten free. Daughter preferred the shape of the old ones. They look like flowers. She ate some and had no problems.
