Gluten-Free Natural Crunchy Cheddar Moon Cheese

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
Gluten-Free Natural Crunchy Cheddar Moon Cheese -

The closest I will ever get to going to the moon in this lifetime is by eating this delicious cheese snack made by NutraDRIED LLP.  Made of 100% cheese, this delicious food is high in protein, low in carbs, low in sugar, and low in calories...what could be better for a snack any time of day or night?

In addition to the taste and the cool name,  this cheese comes in the shape of small round crunchy balls.  Full of cheddar flavor, Moon Cheese lives up to its name as an amazing out-of-this-world treat.

Celiac.com 12/22/1010 - I have to admit that I haven't had the best luck when preparing gluten-free yeast breads until I had the opportunity to try Homestead Gluten Free Soft'n Hearty Easy Roll Mix.  This gluten-free mix was truly easy to prepare and I loved having the flexibility to shape the rolls as desired, and each roll rose beautifully.  The smell of fresh-baked bread filled our home and we couldn't wait to give them a try.  The rolls came out spongy, moist and, most importantly, they tasted great!  It's a good thing they are easy to prepare since I am already receiving requests from my family to make more.

I recently discovered Bold Organics gluten-free and dairy-free Meat Lovers Thin Crust Pizza.  There are very few gluten and dairy-free pizzas on the market, but I have to say that this was the best that I have tried to date.  I just put the frozen pizza on the top rack of my oven for about 20 minutes, and you could almost tell when it was done as the aroma drifted into our living room.
Open Original Shared LinkThe crust was a beautiful, crisp, and thin crust, and I had no idea that non-dairy cheese could actually melt the same way as regular dairy cheese.  This pizza was prepared with plenty of pepperoni and Italian sausage to cover the entire pizza, and there was no skimping on ingredients!
Once I cut myself a slice I was in disbelief that this was not only a gluten-free, but...

Absolutely Gluten-Free Kosher Toasted Onion Crackers
Celiac.com 02/21/2013 - At this point, there are lots of gluten-free crackers on the market. While many of them taste great, a lot of them contain soy, corn starch and/or rice flour, which can be problematic for some people. Additionally, not all of them are Kosher. Absolutely Gluten-Free Toasted Onion Crackers not only taste great, but they're Kosher, gluten-, corn-, rice- and soy-free as well.
Having these crackers around the office has been great. They remind me of water crackers: they have that light, airy, crispy texture that makes them just perfect for overeating. These crackers are more flavorful though, which I would partially attribute to them being made primarily from tapioca and potatoes. They also have a subtle stone-baked flavor that complements the toasted onion well...
